The real New York City map is the game world rather than a decorative backdrop.

Problem
I wanted a browser multiplayer game where geography is not a backdrop but the world model itself, while keeping the interface lightweight enough to work as a web product.
What I built
The interesting work is the intersection of maps, geolocation, realtime multiplayer state and custom canvas rendering: translating a real city into a shared interactive simulation rather than a static map experience.
Evidence
Realtime player state, geolocation and canvas rendering run together in the browser.
The live product exposes missions, achievements, player identity and shared map state.
